J ConfreyPresident and Founder: Dr. Jere Confrey is the Joseph D. Moore Distinguished Professor of Mathematics Education at North Carolina State University.  She is nationally known for research on learning trajectories, and won an NCSU Innovator of the Year award. She authored Function Probe, Graph N Glyphs, Interactive Diagrams and other digital tools.  She was Chief Mathematics Officer for Amplify Learning.  She served on the National Validation Committee for the Common Core State Standards.  She was Vice Chairman of the Mathematics Sciences Education Board, National Academy of Sciences.  She chaired the NRC Committee, which produced On Evaluating Curricular Effectiveness. She co-founded the UTEACH program at the University of Texas.  Her Ph.D is from Cornell University.

Chief Technical Officer: Yungjae Kim was a successful game designer and developer. During his years as a game developer, he has developed MMORPG(Massively Multi-player Online Role Playing Game) titles which had huge hit across Europe and Asia. After leaving the gaming development, his main concentration was set to development on web. Past years, he was involved in creating web interfaces for various industries, including medical, healthcare, magazine and gaming. Yungjae provides technical direction across the company in areas of networking, architectures, software, and information security.

AlanVice President:  Dr. Alan Maloney is a research scientist with roots in both biological sciences (Ph.D., Stanford) and, for the past 15 years, mathematics education.  He co-founded Quest Math & Science Multimedia, Inc., and the design of Interactive Diagrams for High School Mathematics.  His research focus has included design of mathematics educational software and, more recently, the development of learning trajectories and diagnostic assessment for K-8 mathematics. He is the lead editor of Learning Over Time: Learning Trajectories in Mathematics Education, and a co-developer of TurnOnCCMath.com. In returning to the entrepreneurial world, he and Dr. Confrey are committed to developing models for sustainable learning trajectory-based digital learning systems that make students and teachers more successful partners in mathematics learning.
